Calm and quiet Neighborhood, quiet household. About 3 miles to both US 101 and six miles to US 118 freeways. Five Minute drive to West Hills Hospital and Ralphs Super Market. We have spacious Freshly painted, One Bed Room With Queen Bed. Private bath room, separate entrance. Absolutely No Smoking in the house. Additional cleaning fee will be required. Pets are not allowed. Microwave, Brand New Mini Fridge and Gourmet Rack is included. No overnight guests. No pets. One person only. The space You will only have access to your room and private bathroom. During your stay I will try to be there when you arrive. If not I will send you information on how to access the room.
