Following three successful years with many positive customer reviews we are keen to welcome families or groups of friends to our newly refurbished and redecorated home. Located in Portrush on the stunning North Coast of Northern Ireland, the house is a short walk into the town centre or the stunning local beaches. Our aim is to provide comfortable, spacious and clean accommodation ideal for quality time away. The space Ground Floor Living Room Our living room provides comfortable seating and is equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV with Netflix provided as well as Freeview Channels and On Demand apps. Kitchen/Dining Fully fitted and equipped kitchen opens up into a spacious dining area with a dining table that seats 10. Again this room is equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV. A utility room off the kitchen houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and small drinks fridge. Patio Area The dining area opens out into a south facing patio ideal for barbeques or evening drinks. Downstairs bathroom consisting of a basin and WC. First Floor Bedroom 1 sleeps 3 and consists of a king size and a single bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 and can be configured as either a superking or 2 singles. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample storage and bedside tables as well as Freeview/DVD TVs, hairdryers and desk fans for those warm evenings. Main Bathroom comprises a bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC. High quality towels and bath mats are provided in each bathroom as well as 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel for each guest. Additional towels are provided in the cupboard unit on the first floor landing. Second floor Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 and can be configured as either a superking or 2 singles. Bedroom 4 sleeps 3 and consists of a king size and a single bed. Again both bedrooms have ample storage and bedside tables as well as Freeview/DVD TVs, hairdryers and desk fans. Shower Room comprises a shower cubicle, basin and WC. We are also child friendly. A travel cot or larger cot can be provded as well as a high chair and baby bath. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of each flight of stairs and all relevant cupboards have child locks. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. There is ample parking provided for 4-5 cars. Other things to note The property is strictly no smoking either inside or around the property. Trained and well behaved dogs are welcome at the property for a small additional fee. Dogs must remain on the ground floor and must stay off the furniture. We ask all guests to clean up after their dog in and around the property and in the surrounding area. Parties and loud noise or music are not allowed and we ask that you respect our neighbours.
