We are 3 miles off Ephrata 222 exit and 8 miles from Denver turnpike exit. Home has 2 bedrooms and a loft area with a trundle bed that can sleep 2. Our home also has 2 full baths, kitchen/dining area, living room, laundry with washer & dryer and 2 bonus rooms in the basement for you to relax or use as an office. You will have a full private drive to use for parking We want to respect your privacy so you most likely won’t see us unless you request it.
