Come and get away to a private guest bedroom/ bath attached to existing home; located in quiet residential setting. Private entrance w/ parking. Perfect for 1-2 adults, (pack n play upon request). Kitchenette with basic supplies. Towels, and toiletries upon arrival. We are in a great central location nearby local airports, colleges, beautiful parks and more. We would be honored host your getaway to rest, a visit with family, or if you’re in town for a job! Pls. No pets,smoking,vaping or drugs. The space This bedroom and bath are newly constructed in 2019. The home is peaceful; the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's a perfect place to relax and separate from the hustle and bustle of life--whether it be for a couple of nights you would like to yourselves, or whether it be for a business trip. "At Ease" promises just what it says. Guest access The owner's home sits on an acre of land in a residential area. The bedroom and bath addition provide a view of and access to the back yard. This back yard area is in the process of becoming a garden with roses, a winding pathway, flowers and an arbor with a climbing white rose bushes--all being prepared for full bloom in spring of 2020. During your stay For most all stays, the owner of the house will be available if there are questions. There will be a key pad available, with code, for guests to enter private door. Other things to note The neighborhood is safe and is laid out well for pleasurable walks. Please no pets, smoking or partying of any kind. We have beautiful parks and gardens nearby. We are 2.5 hrs from the Biltmore Estate. We are 8 miles from Moses Cone Hospital. We are a little over 3 miles from grocery, coffee and some restaurants. We are approximately 6-7 miles from downtown Greensboro. We are 2-3 hours from the beautiful mountains depending on which area you would like to see. We are 104 miles from Carowinds.
