Kuker Cottage is a beautifully restored Florence home in the heart of downtown. Perfectly situated halfway between New York and Florida, it is an ideal overnight stopping point. Plenty of space to spread out, offering families room to unwind after a long day of traveling. This home has been beautifully updated and is ready to host you, whether for a short or an extended stay. 2 queen beds, one twin bed, full bath, kitchen, wifi and TV. Walkable to parks and restaurants. 4 miles from I95 and I20 The space The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large den with television, two spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry, and an outdoor porch with seating. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and Bedroom 2 has one queen bed, one twin bed, and a small seating area with television. The home is equipped with a workspace and wifi. Please note, neither of the fireplaces are working fireplaces. Guest access You will have the full cottage to yourself. The parking area is shared with the duplex next door, though. Other things to note This is a single family home that shares parking with a duplex next door. Be mindful to follow instructions to access the correct unit. Please note that the Kuker Cottage is located downtown and you will hear road noise and other city sounds. We do accept pets (must be on your reservation) for a fee of $35. Our property is not for hosting additional guests or hosting parties under any circumstances. This is a NO SMOKING/VAPING PROPERTY (tobacco, marijuana, or any substance) While we do have a full kitchen available, due to the risk of fire and damaging odors, absolutely no deep frying or pan frying is allowed. If evidence of frying is found, there will be a $150 additional cleaning fee applied to your stay. Thank you for understanding.
