Beautiful LUXURY getaway near the lakefront!

Relax and enjoy the stunning environment of this bright luxury styled home. Right on the outskirts of St Catharines near the waterfront trail that overlooks the breathtaking view of Lake Ontario. This little corner of paradise has been completely renovated inside and out, with multi-tiered decks for unwinding and dining. It's perfectly situated 4 min walk from the stunning waterfront trail and an 8 min walk from the Port Dalhousie Range Rear Lighthouse. Ideal for couples and large families. The space This renovated residential home can comfortably sleep 10+ people, we also provide additional sleeping space for children/babies, if needed. On the top floor, there are 4 bedrooms that have 3 queen beds and a king in the master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. There is a washroom with a tub, as well as an open concept kitchen/dining/ living space on the second floor. The second living room has sliding doors that open right up to the sunroom which leads to the deck, which allows the lakefront breeze to flow in. And in the winter months, we have an electric fireplace for cosy nights on the couch. On the lower floor/basement is the cinematic family living room with a large screen tv with surround systems that make watching family movies a cinematic experience. And last but not least a game room located on the lower level of the basement equipt with arcade basketball a playpen for the kids a ping-pong table, a Foose ball table and more. Outside, we have a stunning patio set and dangling fairy lights that are made for unwinding and taking in sunsets, In the summer months, it feels like a tropical escape, especially as the sky turns a pretty pink and orange sunset. Starter Basic toiletries - Soap, Toilet paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash(sufficient so that you don’t need to go shopping on your first night) For guests without prior reviews or recommendations, we require a refundable deposit of at least $200 or 20% of the total booking price. The security deposit may be retained for the following:  > Additional cleaning  > Damages or missing items >  Unauthorized late check-out You will receive a resolution request for the security deposit, which MUST be settled prior to check-in. It will be refunded 24 hours after check-out time.
