Venture out to the paved rail trail via wooded paths. Nature provides year-round entertainment—wandering, hiking, bicycling or XC skiing, running. The apartment is connected to a 200 year old farmhouse, but has a new induction range and mini-split heating and cooling. Additional space can be negotiated. The space Your fridge will contain a starter breakfast for toast with peanut butter, and jelly. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and half-and-half. Windows and views abound. Bay windows at both ends of the open living/dining room bring in the breeze and offer views of expansive fields and woods in both directions. Sit at the table and look two ways to fields, woods, and ponds. Everything is on one floor except the laundry which is one level down. Additional work space can be negotiated. Early risers can watch deer in the fields. After dark you may hear the Great Horned Owls. Guest access The unit is self contained, but the fields, ponds, paths and porch are all available. There are mowed paths and benches by the ponds if you prefer sitting to walking. Other things to note A new house is being built across the street and back from the road in 2024. There could be construction noise weekdays. Check with me for current status if it’s a concern. There is a sleep-aide noise options machine in the bedroom. We have a fully automatic whole house generator if the power goes out and top internet volume and speed via Spectrum. Many streaming services are included and there are 2 TVs
