Situated on the prettiest old historic cobbled High Street of Beautiful St Aubins. 3 large double bedrooms, 2 en suites, sea views, 1 double, private bathroom. Located on the 1st & 2nd floor of the house, ideal for a family or a group of 3 to 6 people . Garden area ideal for a chill out cup of tea, coffee, wine or beer, fridge & glasses provided. Nearby cafes & restaurants for excellent breakfasts, Ideal for hiking or cycling, secure indoor bike space. Continental Breakfast delivered to room. The space 3 Large rooms with King Sized beds, 1 is a large suite at the top of the house, views to the sea (access is a narrow staircase) 1 is a large en suite with sea views & 1 is a large room with king sized bed and adjacent bathroom. There is a small garden area with table & seating, a great place to enjoy a glass of something or a coffee and watch the world go by. Guest access Paid Parking on street is available nearby or prearranged parking nearby at £25 per week, please enquire. During your stay I am freely available, but also respect guests privacy too Other things to note 3 Large rooms with King Sized beds, 1 is a large suite at the top of the house, (2nd Floor) large ensuite bathroom & dressing area, views to the sea (access is a narrow staircase) 2 is a large en suite with sea views & 3 is a large bedroom with king sized bed and adjacent bathroom. (1st Floor of the house) The private bathroom adjacent to one of the rooms does not have a huge shower cubicle, only one guest has struggled with it, all other guests have been fine with it, however it may not be ideal, you may have to use the handheld if you are a taller (6ft+) or broader person. Breakfast left outside the rooms each morning consists of Croissants, Pastries, & Cereal Tea & Coffee. Kettle & Coffee machine in each room, along with Mini Fridge. We are surrounded by cafes and restaurants that serve excellent breakfasts, please enquire for one night bookings. Nearby parking available at £25 per week, please ask. Bedding changed weekly for longer stays. Please note your room is cleaned when you depart, no daily chambermaid service is provided. Bins & Mugs changed when necessary. There is no access to cooking facilities.
