Close to I75, restaurants, and bars **Being on the lake can bring some seasonal notes to keep in mind. The water may not be swimmable in hot months, such as August. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There is a shared beach, park, and a basketball court a couple blocks away from the house; or you can go to Luna Pier Beach further down, Don't be alarmed of the "private beach" sign, the beach is for residents only and you're more than welcome to enjoy it as well. However, if you decide to take a swim in the lake, do it at your own risk as it is a large lake. .Netflix and wifi is available. .You may see some interesting birds flying by :) .Fishing is common. .We provide linens for the beds, but not daily maid service. •Kitchen is fully stocked including Pots, Pans, Utensils, and Plates etc. •There are a limited number of towels so feel free to bring some extra. •Bring all consumable products, food, and personal items (i.e. lotion, shampoo etc.). •No indoor smoking is allowed.
