At the counterfort of Northern Ardèche, Christian and Greg offer you a charming brand new chalet. Our property is located in the municipality of Talencieux (07340). Accommodation of 28 m2 consisting of a bedroom/living room with TV, a built-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, ending with a sheltered terrace (8 m2) facing the pool and the whole in a very beautiful green and tastefully planted property. No smoking inside. Thank you. The space This chalet is equipped with reversible air conditioning. We inform our customers that towels and bath towels are not provided, however, we provide the duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases. And we do not provide breakfast or meals. Our charming Olivia cottage is equipped with an electric coffee maker with filter, a Senseo coffee maker, a fridge, a stove top (ceramic), a built-in electric oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster and a raclette duo. We provide some filters and ground coffee as well as some Senseo pods. We'll provide you with natural tea as well as herbal teas. Very comfortable and exceptional bedding (new BZ type). We've tested and approved. We have a clothes rack at your disposal. Our chalet is also equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included). We also draw your attention to the fact that our chlorinated pool is available to guests and is shared with us (my spouse Christian and I). It's located next to our house.
