The attached self contained flat, is available for weekly and short lets. The self catering flat is light and airy. Colcombe House is steeped in history. Connected to Queen Victoria's son the Duke of Connaught and is a former fishing lodge, on a most revered stretch of salmon fishing water. The space We are a working farm, producing award winning artisan cider and a fresh produce home delivery service. Groceries can be ordered for the duration of your stay via our website. Please ask for details when booking. A Charming self catering holiday flat, attached to the old farmhouse. Stunning countryside and river walks. Use of patio area. Wifi, Heating and a cosy wood burner for those chillier evenings. Free parking. This is a period farmhouse. Please note that the stairs to the double bedroom are very steep cottage stairs and not suitable for all. No disabled access. As stated, the flat is attached to the main farmhouse. Whilst the flat is self-contained and guest access is separate, it is worth noting, that we are a working family farm, this means certain times of the year are busier on the farm than others (for example, harvest) and we do have children and pets! No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. If you wish to smoke, please use the patio area but well away from the front door or any open windows. Guest access Parking is available on site, adjacent to the patio fence.
