Stylishly presented, it enjoys access to excellent on-site facilities, along with the tram and cafes at its doorstep.Designed with a separate living, dining and resting area, the apartment has recently-refreshed interiors creating a plush home away from home. The living area has a comfortable sofa with TV, and a cosy balcony. Enjoy a meal at home thanks to the modern, well-equipped kitchen. It has a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. In the evenings retreat to your comfortable bedroom. It is fitted with a Queen bed, topped with hotel-quality linens and has ample storage for your belongings. A clean and modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toilet, basin and storage area, and is stocked with boutique ethical toiletries for use during your stay. There is an internal cleverly concealed laundry with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to the residents' gym, which includes up-to-date quality equipment. The apartment comes with a secured car park, that is separately charged if required. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment and powerful reverse cycle air conditioning and heating to keep you cool in summer and cosy during winter. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Please be aware in maintaining the highest levels of health & safety for our guests, some of the apartment services and leisure facilities may at times be unavailable or limited in order to adhere to current Victorian Government COVID -19 restrictions or as instructed by body corporate this is subject to change and can be with minimal notice, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. Any extra linen requests during your stay comes at an additional charge. ~ Long Stays ~ We accept long stays at this apartment, however any stay of 28 days or more, incurs an additional bi-weekly housekeeping to maintain the condition of our apartments and ensure hygiene standards for our guests. This service is an additional $99 per clean. Please note that daily housekeeping services are not included. If you would like daily housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Simply let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.
