Guesthouse in Pawlet

This beautiful cabin features a loft style sleeping area, full bath, full kitchen, sitting area, and incredible views of the Mettowee River. Enjoy nature just outside your door with gorgeous views of fall foliage, fishing on the river and hiking. The space The property is 48 acres of wooded and beautiful Vermont, including a small mountain. I welcome guests to take advantage of the trails up the mountain and the incredible view of Pawlet from the top. The views of the turning leaves is especially nice from this vantage point. In addition to the property here, you are in the quaint town of Pawlet which has the Station Restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch and the Barn restaurant which serves dinner and often has live music. The town of Dorset is 15 minutes away and has much to offer in terms of dining, culture, and the arts. The town of Manchester is 30 minutes from us and features numerous brand name outlets and a variety of dining options. Guest access You are welcome to arrive at any time but keep in mind that I do prefer to demonstrate the working of the wood stove prior to use. I am happy to respond to calls or you can just drop by the main house; please don't hesitate to call if you need anything. Other things to note Drinking water is provided as the water in the cabin is safe for bathing but not drinking. Firewood is also provided but I prefer to demonstrate the working of the wood stove before you get started with making a fire. There is wonderful fishing on the Mettowee but I do not allow hunting on the property.
