GH Caretakers Cottage - The Guest House

The Caretaker's Cottage is a 2-bedroom and 2-bath home situated just steps from the Guest House, located 2 blocks from the Hotel. The cottage is a fully restored 100-year-old home with fine linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Private and quiet, this home is perfect for couples looking for a cozy getaway, two couples traveling together, or for those traveling with children. Although our base rate is for four guests, the cottage can accommodate up to seven people. A $25. extra person charge applies pp after 4 guests. This house boasts exterior French doors which open up to a private deck, cable TV and a DVD player with movie selections, a fully stocked kitchen, a wood stove, free Wi-Fi and all the privacy you require. A two-night minimum stay is required. The cottage is appropriate for adults and children of any age. No pets allowed. A $150 deep cleaning fee will be applied if animals are brought to the house. Rental of our Caretaker's Cottage does NOT include breakfast service.
