Head out to the private sunny back patio that will make you feel as though you are living the California dream. We have everything you could possibly need for your long stay in Santa Barbara! The space This is a brand new, thoughtfully designed, private guest house that you will have full access to. We have made sure that it is fully stocked for longer stays, and ready to be your new home away from home. Some of our favorite things about the space are the spacious and bright kitchen that flows into a cozy living room, dreamy back patio, epic views, spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage, new high quality beds and linens, central location to everything SB has to offer... Guest access As well as full private access to our guest house, You are also welcome to watch the sunset from the yard in front of your entrance. We live next door so you may see us out front on our side as well chasing kiddos, but we will give you total privacy and will be reachable by text or phone call as needed. Other things to note We use one of the parking spaces in the driveway in front of the house, so you may see us loading up from time to time, and we do use the same garbage bins on the side of your house. We built the guest house to host as a rental. It is a fully permitted, legal separate unit (essentially a duplex)
