There is a small american kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, 2 plate hob, small electric oven and coffee maker and kettle. This is a very prestigious building in Nice - right in centre - with direct access to Promenade - the complex is secure and quiet and has concierge and been finished to a very high standard. The complex is approximately 8 years old. The apartment has air cooling throughout. Ideal location in prestigious building for a couple.
