All Seasons Lake Front Cottage

The Lake View Cottage is a four seasons rental cottage for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Newly renovated beachfront cottage is located fifteen minutes from Huntsville and has 1.5 acre of private property with sandy beachfront, the deck overlooking the lush greenery & the pristine Lake. The place is also ideal to view the fall colours and for winter activities. This is a family and pet friendly cottage for guests who wants to escape from the hectic life and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. The space The cottage backs to lush greenery overlooking the pristine, Clear Lake. The Clear Lake is well known for it’s spring fed, pristine water and is ideal for swimming and a dip in the water. The Clear Lake is ideal for swimming, diving, fishing and all other sport activities. During the summer, drive down to Arrowhead National Park which is about 10 mins drive from the cottage. Algonquin Park is also ideal for summer and fall seasons. The place is tucked away amidst numerous trail walks. The place is close to Seguin Trail and Federation Snowmobile Trails as well as Arrowhead Park famous for cross country skiing and Hidden Valley Ski Resort, Deerhurst Resort and golf courses. Close to OFSC snowmobiling trails. During fall, check out the beautiful fall colours, drive down to the famous Algonquin Park to see the vibrant, picturesque fall colours. During winter enjoy the trails by sledding, ATVing or hiking. The cottage is also ideal during winter for snowmobiling, skiing or just enjoy indoors, amidst wilderness, watching movies on Netflix or just reading a book staying indoors amidst the wilderness. Parking for up to 6 cars Fun, Outdoor Amenities at the Cottage: Large, grassy area backyard Beautiful Clear Lake Level Beach Front Horseshoe Pit Volley ball net for volley ball and badminton Hammock near the lake Level access for snow blowing, snow shoeing, cross county skiing. Please note a boat is kept at the dock, it is not for guest use. Indoor Amenities: Main Cottage sleeps 8 Kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, all utensils/plates/pots/coffee maker, blender) BBQ provided on the Deck which is overlooking the lush greenery and the Lake. Dining Room with seating for 6-8 people Large comfortable living room, facing the lake. Bedroom # 1 sleeps 2 Bedroom # 2 sleeps 2 Bedroom # 3 sleeps 2 Living room sofa cum bed - sleeps 2 All bedrooms are upstairs and living and dining area on the ground floor. Please note the tap water is good for drinking and other purposes. It is deep well water which is tested yearly by the City and the certificate of the testing is displayed at the entrance. There are fans provided in each room. We provide two kayaks and an aluminium row boat for our guests. Other things to note We are providing enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products and enhanced sanitization. Place is aired out and we are following the Sanitization protocols. - No laundry on site - Tenants are responsible for Garbage disposal. We provide a vacation kit which contains clear bags and transfers to dispose garbage and recycle matters. - BBQ cylinder is provided however, guests need to exchange & fill in the cylinder - No parties, loud music or events No littering in the property, cig butts or dog poo should not be littered in the property. Please check the fire ban instructions from the Town of Perry before starting the Campfire. You can check the website, otherwise there will be a fine incurred. - Never leave a campfire unattended. You must completely douse any fire before leaving it. - No smoking inside the cottage - Please put away all items that you have used during your stay - dishes, sporting goods etc. Please put away sporting equipments from the beach or keep it secured on the property. Please place volleyball, water play and life jackets in the deck storage box or in the outhouse. Please do not park on the right side on the grassy area as we have the septic tank underground, can park on the driveway, which has adequate space for parking up to 6 cars.
