Lago & Posada Haus (Sleeps 16)- Wundercove Cottage

New Community Heated Pool!!! River Front Property- New boat ramp and Piers This 4 bedroom 2 bath split level is perfect for large groups. In total there are 4 queens, 2 doubles and 2 futons that can sleep a total of 16 guests using all the sleeping arrangements. We have a large area in the back with lots of seating, 2 bbq pits, fire pit area on ground and picnic tables for this property. New Community Pool in the back serves the 7 WunderCove Cottages in the area. The space In this area we have 5 other cottages (7 in total), each has their own separate space but all share two hot tubs and community pool. Direct River access for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. New docks for relaxing or catching some Bass, Carp, or Catfish! Lots of Lounging chairs by the pool and two private covered cabanas for Lago and La Posada by the house with fire pits and grills. We have corn hole as well! This space is quiet, heavily trees, and just gorgeous for family gatherings. Other things to note Must be 21 years or older to book this property. Pet Policy: We accept mainly small dogs that are are less than 25 lbs. You must have previous approval from us. There is a $50 pet fee per dog. Absolutely, we do not accept more than two (2) dogs per house & they must be housebroken, licensed, vaccinated, well behaved, non-aggressive, and pest free! Guests agree to clean up feces after their dog. Dogs must be crated while left alone on premises. Guests agree to pay any damages caused by dogs. No dogs on furniture or beds. Guests agree to be in full control and take full responsibility for their pet’s behavior. Area leash laws must be followed. READ: Shared heated pool and hot tubs are available for the 7 cottages in this area to use, located behind the Lago/Posada cottages. Each of the cottages has their own BBQ pit and seating area in the back. We do have our common area hot-tubs operating and have added a pool to this shared space that's open for use year round and heated in the winter upon request. Please contact us with any questions.
