Rates include lodging taxes. Can be booked with "Ocean view guesthouse with coastal access" for larger groups. The space Relaxing getaway with the best of both worlds, both privacy and convenience. There is a neighborhood deer herd that wanders through, you may see them walk by the kitchen or the deck. Expansive views of the ocean, great for whale watching during the migrations and waves crashing in storm season. Quiet neighborhood where you can see deer nightly and other small wild animals frequently. Comfy deck chairs, and everything is geared to making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Guest access All exterior areas of the property, and the Tidepools house. Walkway path on south side of property down bluff to rock coast and tide pools may be used by other guests sharing the property. Other things to note The house is on a well, and the water does not taste like city tap water. Babies may be picky about the flavor. No shoes or smoking indoors, and no parties or loud music, please. Cell signal for all carriers is very weak to nonexistent, but wifi calling is available. We have a television and DVD player, & streaming, and dish cable. This is a rural area, please be aware of bugs when hiking (ticks, fleas etc.), and there may be more bugs around than you are used to. The west side of the property is open ocean, and all guests should display reasonable caution - waves can get very large. Children should never be left unattended.
