The space Location Bella Farmhouse is locates an easy 5 minute drive to the centre of the wineries but also only 5 minutes away from the town of Cessnock if you need the shops. Outdoor Spa The outdoor spa is the perfect place to relax. Firepit The firepit is available when outdoor fires are allowed. (April to October long weekend is when fires are allowed) We supply a bag of firewood For you. If you wish to purchase more, the local petrol stations have some available for purchase. BBQ There’s a bbq area with an outdoor dining area. Everything Supplied We provide hotel quality linen and towels and spa towels, bathroom products, a selection of teas, coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, jams and sauces. Ponies, Kangaroos and Wildlife We have a family of kangaroos that feed in the morning and afternoons down in our front paddock if you want to take photos from a distance. We have 5 ponies you can chat to over the ELECTRIC fence. Please never enter the horse paddocks. Guest access You will have the house and 10 acres all to yourself including verandahs, lawns and gardens, the outdoor spa, and of course the house including lounge room, dining, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, full laundry facilities. (You’ll only be sharing the acreage with our horses and the kangaroos 😄) The number of bedrooms allocated is in accordance with our TWIN SHARE accommodation pricing structure. (2 guests per bedroom). Therefore: 1-2 guests =1 bedroom prepared for you 3-4 =2 bedrooms prepared for you 5-6 =3 bedrooms prepared for you 7-8 =4 bedrooms prepared for you Other rooms locked off & not rented out to anyone else.
