The dining area seats six around a modern and elegant glass table with leather high-backed chairs. The lounge consists of a stylish L – shaped sofa ideal for sitting back and watching the large LCD TV complete with English channels and a DVD player. Double patio doors lead from the lounge out on to the private garden / terrace with private pool. There is also a covered outside area with stylish oval seating making it a beautiful spot to keep out of the mid-day sun. The south facing terraced area captures the sun through most of the day and is equipped with an outside dining table and chairs set, sun loungers, shower and a BBQ. The pool is 8m x 4m and is perfect for lounging around in enjoying a refreshing swim. The ground floor also consists of a large master double bedroom with en-suite. This room also has the luxury of patio doors that lead out on to the pool terrace. The top floor consists of a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom which have access to a third bathroom. There are two separate terraces on this floor. Both have excellent views of the mountains and the sea and are furnished with table and chairs. This property is ideally located for holidays as it is in a very peaceful and quiet area yet is only a few minutes’ walk down to the beach, restaurants, cafes, bars etc… Parking is available directly outside the front of the property. STRICTLY NO PETS Other things to note 🐾 Pets are allowed at this property. 🚭 No smoking is permitted inside the villa. 📅 Minimum stay: 7 nights. Please note that all arrivals to the designated meeting point after 8.00pm are subject to a 25€ charge and a 50€ charge for arrivals after 10.00pm but before midnight.
