Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is recognizable by beautiful and heated swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. The space This spacious villa with private swimming pool and parking is located on a picturesque hill called Monte Grande, one of seven hills of Pula, with great location, just between the city center of Pula town (3km) and beautiful rocky beach near Brijuni national park (3km), which is the Pearl of the Adriatic Sea. The villa is surrounded with an amazing garden, private swimming pool, four covered terraces, outdoor shower and BBQ area, table tennis, table football, darts and even playground for the kids and much more things which will make your holiday even better. Villa is composed in two floors; ground and first floor. As well, the villa is one physically united object, but on the other side, has two parts with no connection door inside. That means that each part has its own outside door, but it's only 10 meters distant door to door. It has been made like this to provide guests a choice between hanging out or having some privacy all in one place. Inside, you will find a large living room with a TV area, as well as a dining area and large modern kitchen complete with every amenity. There are six (6) bedrooms include a two master bedrooms with covered terrace. Five (5) bathrooms. The villa is air conditioned in all rooms except one (which is naturally colder due to it's norhern position on the ground floor) and features every modern convenience including a washing machine, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, hairdryer, free WiFi internet and TV with satellite programs. Outside, you'll enjoy your meals and relaxation on three spacious terraces (two are covered) overlooking the swimming pool and BBQ area. Fully complemented with tables, chairs, and sofas. Just below the veranda, there's an Istrian stone sun deck that is perfect for sunbathing, and when you're ready to cool down, you can take a relaxing swim in the beautiful pool which it's separated in two parts, one for younger members of the family (with jacuzzi massage) and the other one is for swimming. The Villa can optimally accommodate up to twelve (12) persons but the maximal capacity is fourteen (14) persons (with extendable sofa and additional bed). *An additional person (after 12 people) pays a fee, since the house is primarily for 12 people. Free parking inside of the property is also at your disposal. Architecturally unique and interesting, this modern Villa is completely restaurated in April 2017 and it is perfectly integrated into the timeless landscape of the countryside of Pula and offers everything for your total comfort and relaxation.
