Condo in Heber

Fox Bay Condominiums is a quite neighborhood 5 minutes from the Jordanelle Gondola, 8 minutes from the Jordanelle Reservoir, and 15 minutes to downtown Park City or Heber City. Thus, making this a perfect place to stay any season. The community hosts a basketball/tennis court, a picnic area, and a playground. The clubhouse has a great fitness center, pool (summer only) and hot tub for guest use. An underground parking spot is available for your car with the option of parking outside. The space This is a SHARED condo. Either myself and/or my girlfriend will be there during your stay. The gym, hot tub, and pool (summer) are open and it is used at your discretion. You are responsible for bringing your own sanitizing items. You will be staying in our impeccably clean Master Bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, complete with breathtaking views, very comfortable queen size bed, 50" Smart TV to cast/stream your favorite shows, WiFi, closet with personal laundry hamper, use of microwave, coffee maker (complimentary coffee), limited space in the pantry, and one shelf in the fridge to put left overs/food. COOKING IS RESTRICTED TO: microwave, toaster, and coffee maker uses only. The setting of the condominium is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 assigned underground parking spots. You will be occupying the master bedroom with a private bathroom only and one spot in the garage. The 1 spot in the garage is only available during Deer Valley's Ski Season for bookings of 7 nights or more. During the spring, summer, and fall all guests will park outside at the various free parking lots outside of said seasons. Living spaces such as the: kitchen, laundry room, patio, and garage will be shared. The bathroom and bedroom that you will be occupying are private, please look at condominium layout in the pictures on the listing. Dinning room table and kitchen island are for EATING ONLY. NO WORKING ON THOSE TABLES. A desk and chair are provided in the room for office work if needed. Check in time is at 4:00 PM. Check out is by 11:00 AM. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. As an added value to the master bedroom a SINGLE FOLDABLE BED COT (30" x 70") can be provided for an extra guest for a nominal fee. DISCLOSURE: When the foldable bed cot is open out it will make it somewhat difficult to move around if not in use. If you are a party of 2 guests and decide to use the SINGLE FOLDABLE BED COT in addition to the queen size bed there will be a $15/night charge. This extra charge is due to more time and linens needed to be washed by the housekeeper(s) and they charge us by the hour during cleaning. For a party of 3 guests the third guest will be charged $30/night. In addition, such use needs to be made during the time of booking. Those desiring to check in early will need to pay an early check in fee of $7.50 per half an hour and it is not prorated. In addition, those desiring to check-out later will need to pay a late check out fee of $7.50 per half an hour after 11:00 AM, but under no circumstances can check-outs be later than 1:00 PM unless there is no reservation for that afternoon, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned. Those desiring early check ins and late check outs must communicate that at the time of the booking. We DO NOT accept bookings from guests who are booking for other people and not staying. Failure to book and not realizing this listing is for: a private bedroom with ensuite private bathroom in a SHARED CONDO, 1 parking spot in the garage (Deer Valley's Ski Season), and not reading the HOUSE RULES NOR LISTING FULLY will not absolve you of the strict cancellation policy that I have. Guest access Master bedroom with ensuite private bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, patio, & garage (1 spot as per ski season with length of stay). Gym, pool (summer), and hot tub can be accessed via the clubhouse with a code provided. DISCLOSURE: The front living room area (couch/seats) and office space are not part of the listing and not to be used, this is our personal space. Colleen works from home at our office space. You may walk through the living room to access the patio and/or kitchen area anytime you wish. You moving in and out will not interfere with her work. During your stay If I am home I will be available via text or in person. If I am out working I will only be available via email. Also my girlfriend is available in person or text. Other things to note My girlfriend Colleen will be available to answer any questions.
