The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and has everything you need for your stay: 4 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room with access to a private deck and a patio, a game room in the downstairs area, high speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs (living room, master bedroom and the downstairs area), a washer and dryer, minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, dining, and much more. Sleeps 11 guests, 7 beds, 2.5 bathrooms. My house is a rancher that has the main floor and the downstairs area (fully finished basement with a ping-pong table and a 4th bedroom and a bathroom). The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms are on the main floor and the 4th bedroom is in the downstairs area/basement). The house has 7 beds that sleep 11 guests. Sleeping arrangements on the main floor: 3 bedrooms sleep 7 guests. - Master bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom also has a large safe, so guests can keep a laptop and other valuables. - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a sleeper sofa (sleeps 1 adult or 2 small kids). The sleeper sofa has a CertiPUR certified memory foam mattress (72L x 37W x 3H) - Bedroom 3 has two single beds (sleeps 2). Sleeping arrangements downstairs (basement): sleeps 4 guests. - 4th bedroom has a full-size bed (sleeps 2) - A full-size futon (sleeps 2) downstairs in the common area that has a ping-pong table. 3 bedrooms on the main floor have beautiful wooden floors and area rugs for guests’ comfort. The 4th bedroom downstairs is fully carpeted. All bedrooms have nightstands with lamps, clocks/alarms, USB charging ports, mirrors, and plenty of hangers. The master bedroom has a safe, so guests can keep a laptop and other valuables. There are 3 smart TV's in the house: one TV is in the master bedroom, 2nd TV is in the living room, and the 3rd TV is in the downstairs area with a ping-pong table. Guests can log into their personal accounts to watch thousands of movies and programs of their choice: Amazon Prime videos, Netflix, Hulu, and many others. The house has a high-speed internet with Wi-Fi. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. - 1 Full bathroom is on the main floor (has a bathtub) - 1 Full bathroom is in the downstairs/basement area (has a shower) - Half-bathroom has a toilet and a vanity with a sink. It has direct access to the master bedroom (located on the main floor). The house has a living room and a dining room (both are on the main floor of the house). The dining room has a gorgeous crystal chandelier and a dining table with 6 chairs for you to enjoy meals. Additional 4 chairs are available. The dining room has access to a wooden deck that leads to a brick patio, so you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee in the tranquility of the fenced back yard. The wooden deck can be accessed both from the dining room and the kitchen. The deck leads to the brick patio that has a round table with 6 chairs. It also has a wooden coffee table with two rocking chairs. The charcoal grill and charcoal are available for guests' use. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator (2 doors), a gas stove with an oven (4 burners), a 2-slice toaster, and a microwave. It is also stocked with basic utensils, cookware and silverware, dishes, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses. Guests will enjoy a ping-pong table in the downstairs area. Essentials provided to guests: soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, bedroom linen, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. There is a washer and a dryer that guests can use. Free parking is available for 3 cars. Two cars can be parked in front of the house (street parking), the third car can be parked at the top of the driveway (the driveway is steep, but flat at the top). • No trailers, RV's or camping vehicles are permitted. Guests will use an electronic keypad to unlock and enter the house. Check-In time: 12:00 pm or any time after 12:00 PM. The User Code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival at 9:00 AM, and it will activated on the same day at 12:00 PM at Check-In. Check-Out time: 12:00 PM at the latest. The cleaning person comes at 12:10 PM on the day of your departure to prepare the house for the next group of guests. Parking: Parking is available for 3 cars. Two cars can be parked in front of the house (street parking), the third car can be parked at the top of the driveway (the driveway is steep, but flat at the top). • No trailers, RV's or camping vehicles are permitted. Please note: • There will be two areas downstairs locked and unavailable for guests. • The fireplace downstairs is turned off for guests' safety. • Guests staying at the house with children (bedroom 3) will be provided with multi-color comforters for guests' convenience. I live in the area and make myself available only if you need me. I am always just a text or phone call away. The guests will have the whole house to themselves. This is a quiet family oriented residential neighborhood. The house has quick access to the interstate and major transportation routes: I-97, I-695, I-95, I-295, route 100 and route 50 (very easy to get in and out). BWI airport-9 miles, Baltimore/Inner Harbor/Convention Center-15 miles, Renaissance Festival grounds-12 miles, Annapolis -18 miles, nearest metro station to DC-24 miles, downtown DC-31 miles, Amtrak Train Station-10 miles, Light Rail to Baltimore-5 miles, Fort Meade-8.5 miles, NSA-10 miles, Johns Hopkins-18 miles. Being so close to Baltimore, Annapolis and DC, you can take advantage of fine dining, great entertainment and night life. Please note that access to a car (rental car or your own car), using Lyft or Uber or any other means of transportation is required to take advantage of the fun things to do in this area and to get to truly unique places: Kinder Farm Park, Quiet Waters Park, Sandy Point State Park (access to the Chesapeake Bay), canoeing, etc. The house is within a short walking distance to 7-Eleven, an ATM and a dry cleaning service. The house is less than a mile or 3 minute drive to: McDonalds, Subway, Steak’ n Shake, Wendy's, KFC, Taco Bell, UPS, a grocery store, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy, a pizza place, ATM's, a hair cattery, and a barber shop. It is less than 3 miles from Walmart, a hospital and 4 emergency clinics, Chick-Fil-A. It is less than 9 miles to NSA, Northrop Grumman, and Fort Meade. Annapolis, Arundel Mills and Marley Station Malls, Maryland Live Casino, Medieval Times, and movie theaters are all within a short driving distance. My "Guide Book for Guests" has many resources regarding such things as nearby hospitals and emergency clinics, dining, shopping, renting a car, things to do in this area, and the easiest ways to get to Annapolis, Baltimore or DC using a metro, train, light rail or renting a car. I am sure you will have fun staying in my house and enjoy Greater Baltimore and DC areas to its fullest. Rent a car at BWI airport, use Uber, Lyft or a taxi. Light Rail will get to Baltimore, Amtrak train will get you to New York, Philly, and a local Mark train will get you to DC. 1. No baby gates can be installed at the house. The house is not designed and not suitable for children under the age of 2. There is a stairwell with 10 steps leading to the downstairs area – no baby gates can be installed. 2. The house is about 9 miles away from the airport. Some plane noise can be heard in the area. 3. Since it is a rental house, to give privacy to my guests, unfortunately I can’t allow any requests to: - Walk on the property or to view the property until the check-in time of the confirmed booking. 4. Please do not wash any bed linen or towels. Simply leave them in the laundry mesh bag in your bedroom or place them in the white plastic laundry basket in the laundry room. 5. Please clean any spills after cooking in the kitchen. Extra trash bags are in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Do not put wet dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. in the kitchen cabinets while they are wet. Use the black or grey drying mat to let them dry. Do not pour oil in the sink (pour oil in the container, which is in the cabinet under the kitchen sink labeled “Container for oil.”) Please keep the refrigerator clean. 6. Only toilet paper can be flushed in the toilet. Use paper packets (they are in the vanity cabinets under the sink in both bathrooms) to dispose your personal hygiene products, and put them in the trash cans. 7. Please do not use white towels and wash cloths for removing make-up or for cleaning purposes. Instead, use the cotton pads or grey towels and/or a grey wash cloth. 8. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.
