1 Bedroom, full bath, extra large living room space. All private on the lower level behind closed doors. Entrance is through the main entrance of the house. This is the basement of our primary home. Pull out couch for 2 additional people, extra fee applies over 2 people. Please note: 4 adults is not ideal but it can work with the pull out couch. Coffee and small frig are provided in the space, no microwave. Walking distance to Parks, Farmette, Riverbend, Plant Bluegrass1mile, river & Downtown. The space Private space close to Boulder (15 Minutes) and 1/2 hr from Rocky Mountain National Park. Nestled in the foothills with lots of biking, hiking, river sports and music. Private space on the lowest level (basement) of a 3 level home. Guests have reported this was an awesome and bigger space than they expected. Enjoy movies after a long day outside. We have a big dog Pua, who will greet you. She is very sweet with a loud bark. If you need us to accommodate you by putting her in her kennel prior to arrival we can try to accommodate. It is not a guarantee as we are not always home when you come n go. Guest access Guests do not have a separate entrance from the main home. Coffee maker and small refrigerator. There is no microwave in the space. There is a pull out couch for extra guests beyond 2. This does make for a crowded space with the couch taking up much of the family room space. Large private space with easy access down a flight of stairs. Plenty of on street parking in the quiet cul de sac. Easy access to the park paths for walking and mountain biking in the area. Ponds and the river is out the back gate. See the beavers, go fishing or take a quiet walk. During your stay We have lived in Lyons for over 30 years. Private space with access through main house. This is our primary home but you have private space. Guests will be greeted and shown around. Interact as much or as little as you like. We have had dinner with some guests and we have had little conversation with others that want things quiet. We are love meeting new people but respect your space. Ask us questions, we would be happy to share what we know abou the area. Other things to note Let us know if you would like it extra quiet and we will try to accomodate. It is mandatory you list the appropriate number of guests for planning and safety reasons please. No hot plates or stoves allowed. No cooking in the coffee pot (you can guess why that has to be stated) Absolutely no smoking of any kind. No drug use this includes marijuana.
