If you're looking for a HOME with wonderful hosts(my parents and our pets), in the lap of mother nature and if you're in for some lip smacking Coorg cuisine We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy these simple pleasures we can offer. Disclaimer: If you are looking for a luxury, touristy, more value than what we offer, then this is not the place for you. There are ample, exorbitantly priced homestays, resorts and hotels which I will be more than happy to suggest. The space ********Please read through carefully and in detail********** This is a home where our family has lived in for the past 27 years. It is a farm stay, situated in the south of coorg and we welcome anyone who wants to experience our life style and culture here. We always try to involve our guests in day to day activities and provide food(Breakfast and dinner on request, not complimentary) that showcases our culture. As a part of your stay you will get one bedroom[ with attached bathroom], three bathrooms, living area, dinning areas(indoor and outdoor seating), outside sitting area, garden, barbecue area, shuttle badminton space and our coffee estates. Our rooms are huge and we can accommodate a maximum of 10-12 people, depending on your comfort level. Please remember ours is a farm and we stay far away from the luxuries of a city. We invite only true lovers of nature and who can understand life here to stay at our property. A part of the property will be shared by the host(has separate entrance), in view of keeping the true spirit of homestays. We ultimately we are committed to making memories for you. Please note we have pets living on our property. Location: South Coorg nearest towns: Ponnampet - 20kms, Gonikoppal - 25Kms Madikeri - 70 Kms. Important to know: Coorg is a district and Madikeri is the capital of coorg. Madikeri and coorg are not two different places. Distance from banaglore to our place - 250kms From Mysore - 90 km Guest access You can access everything outdoors except the kitchen area. During your stay We are always available to make your stay comfortable and help you plan your stay in coorg. We will suggest you all must-do things and must visit places. Other things to note We are located 30 minutes away from the first main town of south coorg. And the nearest restaurant is about 30 minutes away from our place. There are no grocery store around. And hence we do provide food to our guests(exclusive of the stay). The food we provide will be coorgi cusines only. The cusine of coorg is renowned for its uniqueness and we invite you to try it. There are public transport options available to the nearest town 25 km away.The best mode of transport is to vehicle of your own.taxi's and private buses are available.
