The house is set in a peaceful location opening directly onto a large green, with allotments and fields to one side. Available to guests are medium and large double rooms on the top floor with own bathroom. Two people maximum sharing the bathroom. Room has new comfortable bed and comes with in-room kettle, table, chair, large mirror, clothes rail and tidy, lamp, and side table. There is space to eat in the kitchen, or in your room. You will have your own sink area, cupboards, and fridge freezer. LGBTQIA+ welcome. Two friendly children and two friendly cats in situ! By car: If you drive there is easy roadside parking. Walking + Public Transport: It is 10 minutes to the nearest small supermarket and newsagent and the main high street is 20 minutes away. There is a bus-stop 6-7 minutes’ walk from the house serving Bristol, or it's a 20 minute walk to central bus stops for several buses to Bath and Bristol, or 25 minutes to the station where it's under 10 minutes to both destinations by train. The Town: Keynsham is community minded, safe and friendly. There are great coffee shops, bars and restaurants on the high street, lots of independent shops, a recently renovated leisure centre, a large park, a brand new library, and extensive countryside and river walks. We're halfway between Bristol and Bath. Guest access Shared floor for guests - two bedrooms with a bathroom. No shared living room. Shared kitchen with host. Own sink area for guests.
