From the end of May to the end of October, CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT will be possible ONLY ON SATURDAY. ----- Villa Gi-Gì is located in Limonta, a hamlet of the town of Oliveto Lario, on the eastern branch of Lake Como. Just a 5 minute drive from the historic center of Bellagio. The villa, spacious and bright, has 6 beds, and is divided on two levels, connected by a SPIRAL STAIRCASE. It is surrounded by a garden where you can have your dinner in the open air. Pets are welcome! On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV, a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove and microwave oven, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. From the living room and bedrooms on the first floor you have access to two terraces that offer a wonderful view of Lake of Como. The house is surrounded by a garden where you can have your dinner in the open air. The house has one garage, two outdoor parkings, and a laundry room with washing machine. --- --- --- Available on request: cot and high chair for children. Other things to note ============ IMPORTANT ! ============ CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: From the end of May to the end of October, check-in and check-out will be possible ONLY ON SATURDAY. ============ FINAL CLEANING: At the check-in you will be required to pay 90€ total in cash for the final cleaning. ============ TOURIST TAX: At the check-in you will be required to pay a fee in cash of 2€ per person for each day of stay, for a maximum of 7 days. Children under the age of 14 will not pay the fee. ============ HEATING: There could be an additional cost if you use the heating: 2€ per hour. Total heating costs are calculated according to the real consumption. You pay for what you use. Our boiler has a counter that allows you to calculate how many hours it worked.
