Moyne Cottage - Between the river and the sea

My place is close to beach and river. The Cottage is named after the Moyne River which is viewed from the front of the house. It is an old style house, about 100 years old which has some nice features but is basic in style and is a great place to stay and enjoy Port Fairy and surrounds. It is comfy. The space Moyne Cottage offers room for 1 or 2 people or a whole family. The Cottage sleeps 8 people. It is set up with all amenities in a basic style with 3 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a great view of the Moyne River. The house provides a comfortable base to explore Port Fairy. Guest access Guests are able to access the whole house, backyard and frontyard. The backyard is fenced in. Access to the Cottage is by a couple of steps to the front verandah and a small step to enter the house at the front door. The driveway is gravel and grass. Please note that Moyne River is across the road from the Cottage. Other things to note You may like to bring your own water or purchase from the supermarket. Some people don't like the Port Fairy town water. Heating is: front lounge room - a gas heater lounge room - open fire - wood provided in winter months only (June, July and August) electric panel heater kitchen - electric panel heater. No air conditioning available. There is a shower over a bath in one bathroom. The other shower is a small walk in shower that has a 2cm lip on the edge to walk over when entering it. The driveway is a gravel and grass driveway.
