Stunning Aggieland Townhouse!

It is so exciting to become a host in the Airbnb community! My husband and I are avid travelers and have stayed in Airbnb locations all over the world. We are so happy to have a townhouse in College Station. We are season football ticket holders and intend be in College Station for most of the games each season and other times throughout the year. For games that we cannot attend and other events, we are looking forward to renting it out to interesting people like yourself! The space This is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse (built in 2017) in the heart of College Station. All of full bathrooms are en suite and have showers with a bathtub. All bedrooms are upstairs. We have a flatscreen TV in the living room and one bedroom with a Firestick plus high speed wifi keeps you entertained and connected. There are brand new Serta mattresses and in all the bedrooms that make for a great night's sleep. There are bright and clean bathrooms with fluffy all-cotton towels. The kitchen is stocked with brand new appliances and utensils, plates, cups, pots & pans and a coffee machine. There is a brand new Kenmore in the backyard for all your grilling needs. It is about a $10 uber ride (or 10 minute drive) to Northgate, the University, and Kyle Field. This is a full house rental (not a student renting out a room). Additionally, we typically bring our dogs down to the house to stay with us when we are there. Occasionally, we will bring our cats too. Please keep that in mind if there are any allergies in your group. Guest access Guests will have access to the community pool as well as the entire house. Certain areas will have storage with locks, but the entire house is accessible and there is plenty of closet/drawer space. Other things to note Our rental permit number is STR2022-000037
