For the protection of guests, the garden, swimming pool and barbecue have reserved areas and accessories for the entire stay (floor plans in the images). The space The property offers yoga classes, swimming in our pool, and typical Umbrian cuisine, also with products from the biodynamic garden. You can go horseback riding on the picturesque surrounding trails, crossing the medieval villages of Monteleone d'Orvieto, Fabro, Parrano, Montegabbione, Montegiove and Castel di Fiori, or take riding lessons (American, English and Maremma riding) in the riding school 1 km away. For hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts, excursions are possible in the forests between Monte Melonta, Monte Città di Fallera and Monte Arale along the 5 "rings" and admiring splendid views of the mountains of five regions: Tuscany, Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio and of course Umbria. Guided tours by expert speleologists are possible at the "Devil's Dens", vast karst caves dug on the walls of a gorge, at the foot of the village of Parrano, the subject of important archaeological finds dating back to the Eneolithic (3rd millennium BC). At the entrance to the gorge there is a mineral spring with a temperature of about 28°C that flows at the base of the limestone. In the surrounding area there are many small towns with ancient castles: Montegiove, Castel dei Fiori, Greppolischietto, Pornello. Of particular interest is the Franciscan convent of Scarzuola with guided tours. There are many easily accessible artistic and cultural centers: Orvieto at 30 km, Perugia at 40, Pienza at 50, Assisi and Todi at 60, Spoleto and Foligno at 75, Gubbio at 85 and Siena at 90. Lake Trasimeno is 40 km away, Lake Chiusi 30 km away and Lake Bolsena 60 km away.
