The main level boasts an open floor plan with high ceiling, hardwood floors, fireplace, spacious kitchen, round glass dining table and large granite counter bar area for entertaining and casual snacks. Laundry, guest powder room and master bedroom are also on the main level. The master bedroom and bath have vanity, walk-in closet and dressing area. Upstairs office/desk loft area, and 2 more bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Bottom level recreation room for TV, games and extra sleeping area. Just steps from the front door are the outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, guest privileges are available at the community Homestead Fitness Club / Gym for exercise, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, cardio equipment, weights, Pilates and fitness classes. Our location is just 2 blocks from the unique Riverwalk complex situated along the picturesque Eagle River, where you can eat at one of a dozen restaurants, pick up groceries, shop or go to the movies. Walking trails, open summer and winter, along the Eagle river are beautiful for walking or bike riding and are adjacent to the Riverwalk. For summer and winter sports, we are located just 5 minutes from Arrowhead, 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and about 15 minutes from Vail.
