Expect it to be diverse in every way. We have a lovely pocket theater across the street, good neighbors and a growing community of caring people moving into the area. We recommend driving, walking or UBER to get downtown. It's about a 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to downtown. There is a FREE parking garage, 2 hour street parking and a paid lot right downtown. There is a Smart TV with Roku Streaming Stick+, which streams free TV, live news, sports, music, movies, and more. There is also a DVD player with a small library of some great DVD’s. There are outdoor security cameras on the property. The upstairs (Main house) has central heat and air. The downstairs (apartment) does not have central heat & air. It does have a large 24K mini-split unit equipped to cool & heat the apartment. In addition, there is 1 window A/C in the loft, multiple portable fans, a gas wall heater for back up heat and a dehumidifier for hot humid summers. There's a small outdoor chiminea on the patio.
