Our cozy house with garden and roof terrace is located on a quiet street. You can reach the center of Heidelberg in 20 minutes by bus. Public transportation is nearby. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance. The space Our house was built in 2012, so it's still quite new. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a cloakroom, a kitchen and a large living and dining area with access to the terrace and garden. On the first floor is a bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower. There are also three bedrooms, each with a bed. On the third floor is a large room with a double bed and a great view of the Königsstuhl and the roof terrace. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as another room with a 160 cm wide double bed. In the garden on the terrace is a great large table with a bench and armchairs. Guest access There is a piano in the living room that can be used. In the kitchen there is a large refrigerator with three ice compartments, stove, food processor, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine, dryer and Wi-Fi can be used. Other things to note You are immediately in the city, but also on the highway. In 10 minutes you can reach Schwetzingen, in 20 minutes Mannheim, in one hour Frankfurt.
