Private Tuscan mansion located on the top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive groves! Our property consist of 4 spacious valuable apartments, each one has independent entrance and private garden area accessible by the same ground. Equipped private panoramic pool, Big ground and amazing veranda, parking area just next of the gate entrance, laundry room, WiFi, mosquito nets! Just 30 min driving from Florence! Peaceful place, ideal for those who love to keep in touch with the nature! The space The area is super safe and really relaxing!! Just 5 minutes driving from Vicchio where you'll find many excellent restaurants, pizzas, grocery stores, pharmacies, atm and everything you'll need! The area is ideal also for wine farms, authentic local food, outdoor sport activities. Florence is about 30 minutes driving. The garden of the villa is big and really well maintained with so many green and colored flowers. The panorama from many areas of the ground is breathtaking. Big equipped kitchen, dining area and veranda: In the garden of the villa you'll find a very big patio with sun umbrellas and a big table and chairs! This place is ideal for large group to have al fresco dinner all together! Also in this area you'll find a glass veranda which is like a living area in the garden with all glasses Windows instead of the walls. It's ideal for example in case of raining if you want to stay all together in the same space. The main big kitchen of the villa is also accessible by this veranda itself, so from the main dining area. This area of the patio and the veranda is located between the pool area and the main structure (Where all the units are located, just 10 meters from them). The main big kitchen is furnished of Fridge, freezer, Oven, Dishwasher.. sink.. plates, stoves, cutlery and all you will need to prepare and eat your meals. The pool (13X4 meters): Always at your private disposal. Here you'll find a shower, a nice pergola, sun beds and umbrellas! The view from the pool area, like from all the property, is amazing! (POOL is Open from May 1st to September 30th, for other periods ask us before making a reservation. - THE INTERIOR of the villa, a total of 230 square meters divided into 4 amazing stylish apartments giving you lot of privacy even if you are member of the same family, and of course you have the bigger kitchen, dining room and veranda to enjoy the best moments of your vacation together. Three apartments are located on the ground floor of the property. Only one is on the first floor accessible by external staircase from the garden. IN TOTAL THERE ARE 6 BEDROOMS and 5 BATHROOMS (+ the service bathroom just next to the big patio, close to the bigger dining area and main kitchen): - 3 Double Bedrooms (Queen size beds) and one Twin room on the ground floor. (3 bathrooms here). - 1 Double Bedroom (queen size bed) and one Triple Bedroom (1 queen size bed + 1 Single) on the 1st floor. Also 2 Bathrooms here. A comfy sofa bed can be prepared in one of the apartment of the ground floor. The villa can host comfortable way a maximum of 14 people (+ babies if you have some). Baby cot and high chair at your disposal, on request we can provide them. In all the apartments you'll find: - mosquito nets and wifi - a bright living area which faces on a nice patio (Or a panoramic private balcony terrace in the case of the 1st floor apartment) with comfortable Sofa, a Table, TV SAT and an authentic Tuscan style kitchenette. - Each apartment has a Bathroom with Shower, Washbasin, WC and Bidet. The Apartment on the 1st floor which has 2 bedrooms it has 2 bathrooms also. At your disposal also: - large parking area - laundry room with washing machine and iron. - WI-FI 24hours 7days - IN THE VILLA THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING but we can guarantee you that thanks to the very big stone walls of the property always you will feel very comfortable! All the apartments are very airy and fresh! Consider the property is located on high hills, not real mountains but almost. Our mansion is the perfect spot for a big family or group of friends relaxed vacation. The place is ideal for 13 people. Maximum 14 with the use of a sofa bed. Young groups vacation, party or events, are NOT ALLOWED!
