Acquafredda is a small hamlet just 8 km from Maratea old town. You’ll love my place because of the peace and tranquility, our patio, the abundance of nature, the remoteness and the wonderful beaches. Of course our house is also wonderfully comfortable! perfect for couples and families The space The rented portion of the villa comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a living -dining area and patio, a kitchen , a garden laundry bathroom and garden shower. A smaller patio has a built in BBQ . Part of the Villa is locked and used by us only, rarely when geusts are in the rented portion of the house. Private parking for one car , garden and ping pong area available. Guest access Portico and barbecue area, garden, private parking, outer garden with ping pong. On the beach closest to the house ( porticello) during the peak summer months sun seats and beach umbrellas can be rented; a portion of the beach is public and completely free As in all the beaches of Maratea’s coastline. Other things to note In Acquafredda di Maratea. Shopping for food and basic home/ personal amenities There is only one small LOCAL STORE in Acquafredda called DA GINETTO . This little shop is also walking distance up a foot path until the main road or 2 min by car towards Sapri once out of our little street. Sapri and Maratea have many shopping options .
