The space The Capanna apartment for 4 people is located in the Capanne farmhouse (farmhouse COMPOSED OF 4 APARTMENTS) in the Crete Senesi, just 10 km from the center of Siena. It is an independent apartment on the ground floor with a large private garden equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining under a canopy. It consists of a living room with a functional kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher and washing machine, fireplace and television. Equipped with a double bedroom (two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, two single beds are also available upon request) and bathroom with shower and another double bedroom and bathroom with shower equipped for the disabled. Air conditioning (for a fee). The Capanne farmhouse is nestled in the Crete Senesi, just 10 km from the center of Siena. It is an OLD FARMHOUSE DIVIDED INTO 4 APARTMENTS, finely renovated with respect for the environment and ancient rural architecture. The farmhouse has a central structure and a lean-to annex. The central structure is divided into three apartments and a living room, the hut is a separate and independent apartment. The apartments all have a ground floor and a private garden. The Capanne farmhouse also has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking Siena and the characteristic Crete Senesi. The swimming pool is open from May 15th to the end of September. Each apartment has one or more bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, one or more bathrooms depending on the size of the apartment, sheets and towels (weekly change). Recommended for a relaxing and cultural vacation. The farmhouse, in addition to the swimming pool, has sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxing. Upon arrival, we give guests a small notebook, written by us, with all the useful information about the farmhouse and what to do nearby. Upon request, we provide a free camping bed for babies. The Capanne farmhouse is suitable for those who love to live in contact with nature and for those who love an independent vacation in an apartment. In addition, its proximity to Siena makes it an ideal place to visit this beautiful city. There are some cats on the farm. Guest access In addition to the apartment and garden, guests have access to the swimming pool (shared with other guests of the farmhouse). Other things to note The property has uncovered parking.
