Legno + Pietra are 2 separate, adjacent studio apartments, reserved exclusively for your group. The property is not a private villa: it comprises 4 apartments in total. By booking this option, you will have both studios for your exclusive use. Meanwhile, the swimming pool, garden, rooftop terrace, and laundry room are shared with the guests of the other 2 apartments. The space Pietra + Legno is the ideal solution for families or small groups who want to share a stay in the Langhe while still having separate spaces. The booking includes two independent, adjacent studio apartments located on the ground floor of Residence Masnaiot. The two apartments are close to each other, separated only by the internal corridor, but each maintains its own privacy. Legno combines old-world charm with modern comfort, featuring wooden furnishings and a headboard made from a restored antique chest. It can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds, with the option of adding a third bed. Pietra is warm, bright and harmonious, inspired by traditional Langa stone in its colors and materials. It has a double bed and, upon request, a third single bed. Each studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a separate entrance, and a small dedicated outdoor area. It's a practical option for spending time together, but without everyone sleeping in the same space. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the two apartments, Pietra and Legno, and their respective small dedicated outdoor areas. The swimming pool, garden, rooftop terrace, and laundry room are shared with guests staying in the other apartments of Residence Masnaiot. The swimming pool is seasonal and is usually open from May to September, depending on the weather. Other things to note Residence Masnaiot is a small property with four independent apartments. This booking includes only Pietra e Legno, not the entire residence. The pool, garden, and terrace are shared spaces, not for exclusive use. The two apartments are adjacent but separate: out of respect for other guests, the doors to the shared hallway must remain closed. A car is highly recommended: we are on a hill, public transportation is limited, and the roads in the Langhe can be narrow and winding, but very scenic. Pets allowed on request: We normally accept a maximum of one small- or medium-sized dog per apartment, with a surcharge. We kindly ask you to let us know prior to booking.
