Trails to walk in the back. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! Please note that the cleaning fee is $120 PER MONTH ON LONG-TERM STAYS!!! THIS IS PAID THROUGH THE AIRBNB RESOLUTION CENTER AFTER THE INITIAL MONTH. Also, please note that this Airbnb is located in mid Maine. Weather events are very common and power outages are less common but they do occur. I provide the following to make your stay as comfortable as possible: Warm months cold water bottles are provided, access to an above-ground pool, a portable generator to power up small fans to keep cool, lamps and cell phones. Cold running water. Cold months I provide bottles of water, plowing for snow in driveway and parking areas asap, shovel for deck, a propane “wood stove” for primary heat source, running water (cold) for showers and bathroom facilities, lanterns and flashlights literally everywhere and a portable generator for powering up lamps and cell phones. In this regard there is no reimbursement for the hours or days without power that no one has control over. Updates from the power company are provided on a continuous basis. Under very extenuating circumstances 50% reimbursement will be considered by the host and the resolution center. There is fiber optic internet. Thank you!!!
