The space This house is the result of the renovation of an ancient 'lagar,' a term referring to an old winehouse/raisin factory constructed with natural materials such as wood, reeds, and stone walls. Incorporating all modern comforts, it exudes a unique atmosphere and a sensation of harmony, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. Its wooden and stone insulation ensures warmth during winter and keeps it cool in the summer. Additionally, we offer heating systems for winter and air conditioning for summer. Our pool is available from the end of March to the end of October; during winter, we cover it due to low temperatures Guest access The property comprises a hall, a spacious bathroom (with a bathtub), a living room featuring a traditional open fireplace for your use and enjoyment, and a custom-built fully fitted kitchen. In terms of comfort, the bedrooms are equipped with new visco-latex mattresses and 700-500W thermal transmitters. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (2.00 x 1.50 m) and the others with 1.05 m beds. The covered terrace is an ideal spot for reading, relaxation, enjoying a drink, or simply soaking up the sun. It also boasts a large barbecue where you can cook the finest local meats! From the terrace you can see our 8x4 m swimming pool, equiped with powerful spotlighs for the nigth. Perfect por couples or just to take a bath beneath a canopy of stars. Other things to note We perform pool cleaning every 3 to 4 days. Please let us know your preferred time for this service. The nearest city, Vélez-Málaga, situated along the coast, is a 20-minute drive from the house. It hosts supermarkets like Lidl, Carrefour, Mercadona, and a large shopping center called 'El Ingenio.' Additionally, the village of El Borge is just a 3-minute drive away, offering bars, a pub, and several small supermarkets.
