Sea Urchins cottage is one of only a few 2 bed detached cottages at The Bay with a balcony and sea view. - Modern cottage with balcony, outdoor seating and sea view. - Free use of pool and gym on site. Other activities available too. - 10 min walk to sandy beach. - Two beautiful kingsize bedrooms (one can be twin if preferred) both with ensuites. - Open plan living / dining / kitchen area. - Off street parking for 2 cars. - Free wifi - Full central heating and log burner. The space Built in 2016, with balcony from master suite with a view over Filey Bay. Two bedrooms with large ensuites. Main bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath. Second bedroom can be made up as a king or 2 small singles, with newly fitted walk-in shower. We have a camp bed for the fifth guest (suitable for a child) if required which fits in either bedroom. Travel cot and high chair provided. Log burner, great for winter breaks. Full central heating with Nest thermostat for easy control. Log burner too but you should be warm enough without! You can buy logs in the winter in the onsite shop. Modern kitchen with fitted appliances - dishwasher, washer-dryer, large freestanding fridge-freezer, microwave and more. Games, books, jigsaws, outside toys provided. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, and a free pass for the onsite pool (20 metre pool plus baby splash pool), sauna, steam room & gym with treadmills, static bikes, free weights and weight machines. You are also welcome to use amenities on site including the outdoor table tennis table, boules courts, arcade, playground, and can book onto activities (charges apply) organised by the resort management (eg archery or rifle shooting), treatments at The Beauty Room (in the leisure complex), and order meals/drinks/takeaways at the cafe/pizzeria and John Paul Jones pub. Parking at The Bay is all free, and on a first come first served basis although some properties have a dedicated space or two. This cottage has 2 spaces at the rear. Other things to note The property sleeps up to 5, although max 4 adults, as the 5th bed is only suitable for a child. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome. No puppies unless crate-trained. I manage over 25 properties at The Bay on behalf of owners, and therefore can offer a great range to suit all budgets and sizes of groups.
