A fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, a playroom and 1 bath with shower and tub will be yours to enjoy. The spacious, fenced backyard includes a swing set, basketball standard and outdoor games, making it perfect for family fun. Pets are no longer allowed. The space Kokopellis is our family vacation home, and we are happy to open it to guests when we aren’t using it. It features a large backyard which is perfect for tents, hammocks and games. It also has a barbecue grill and a fire pit for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows. Kokopellis is only 10 miles from Red Canyon, 20 miles from Bryce Canyon, 18 miles away from Panguitch Lake and is a great home base for exploring Zion National Park and Grand Staircase Escalante. We are close to amazing slot canyons, mountain biking and road biking trails as well as an abundance of hiking trails to explore. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs and front and back yard. The backyard is entirely fenced in, and the area beyond the back yard is fenced in for horses. The driveway is available for parking, although at times the owners’ trailer will be parked there. (There is still plenty of room for guest parking)The basement and garage are locked for owners use and storage. Other things to note Kokopellis has high speed fiber-optic internet with upload speeds of 12.4 Mbps and download speeds of 73.8 Mbps. The lawn will water automatically on odd-numbered days. The back yard watering will begin at 1:30 a.m. and the front yard will finish by 5:30 a.m. Owners will occasionally stay in their trailer (which they will park in the driveway) while they attend to yard upkeep. Pets are no longer allowed since some guests did not follow the house rules for pets.
