Welcome to a sanctuary for reflection, creativity, and stillness. This thoughtfully curated hideaway features a large soaking tub and access to the stunning shared pool and hot tub at High Desert Protocol. Set two miles up a quiet dirt road, this ever-evolving 6-acre desert compound borders public land—offering a rare sense of vastness, privacy, and possibility, perfect for seclusion and connection. The space PLEASE NOTE BEFORE MESSAGING/BOOKING: The pool and hot tub are not open for the general public but they are open to any of our guests staying on the compound. The entire property is 18+ (no kids allowed) and the pool/hot tub area is clothing optional. It’s a 6 acre property with multiple rentals so the pool is shared with whomever has rented accommodations (and including us, who live here). Sometimes there are many guests, sometimes there are none at all. The Library is a dreamscape for lovers, thinkers, and seekers—a place where beauty, privacy, and adventure meet. Tucked away from the rest of the compound, The Library offers true solitude when you want it, and easy connection when you don’t. Wander down to the shared pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor kitchen, or disappear into the hills behind the property, where hundreds of acres of pristine government land stretch endlessly—just as wild and breathtaking as anything in the national park. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a king bed, a sumptuous bathroom with a double rain shower, and a massive soaking tub perfect for long, luxurious baths. Please note: this is an adults-only property. No one under 18 is permitted. The Pool The pool and jacuzzi span 80 feet—ideal for swimming laps, sunbathing, or soaking in stillness. The vibe is relaxed, clothing-optional, and deeply respectful. Most guests go nude in the hot tub, which is kept warm and ready each evening around sunset. We aim to foster a space of freedom, ease, and creative communion—with nature and one another. There are few rules here, but a few gentle reminders: Please rinse off before entering the pool or hot tub—no oils, sunscreen, or dirt. Be respectful, kind, and calm. This is a liberal, open environment, but we deeply value thoughtfulness. Some of our closest friends were once Airbnb guests. Others come here for complete solitude. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, art studio, walking trails from the property, and our newly launched Quonset Hut - a multipurpose event space for music, screenings, parties, and more. Other things to note Please inquire about private chef services, massage appointments, sound baths, full compound rentals for events/shoots/parties/etc. No photo/video shoots unless approved by High Desert Protocol.
