Main floor has kitchen, dining area, greatroom, 3/4 bath and screen porch. The upper level has full bath. The east bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closet. Front pine bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds and a walk in closet. The third bedroom has a double bed, desk swivel reading chair at the top of the steps with no door as shown in photos.(view photos) Sometimes in the summer & fall, thanks to Mother Nature you may encounter Misquotes, Boxelder bugs, other random bugs or bees on occasion in the OUTDOOR AREAS. We do supply fire wood for use in the fire circle, it can be found on the side of the white barn garage. We are so happy to share our cottage with you and strive to create the perfect stay for our guests! Please read all house rules (found in house manual) to make certain you can abide by all rules before booking, thank you! Entire first & second stories of home and yard. Lower level garage is not included with your stay. We will be close by and are happy to assist with any questions during your stay. We are located on a one of kind historic Alley in the quaint river town of Stillwater, right beside the beautiful National Scenic St Croix river way. We are just across the street from two marinas, Ole Sawmill Marina and Wolfs marinas, both rent boats and can provide access to the river. Either Car, Foot, Tuk tuk, boat or Bicycles are a great way to explore the valley! we are located one block from the Browns Creek Trail system, take it left to explore the historic downtown or go right to enjoy breathtaking nature views to the old stone bridge. or all the way to the Gateway Trail. We are a licensed vacation rental in the city of Stillwater, we are required to only allow two vehicles parked on the property. You may park in the front brick driveway only to unload & load luggage and groceries, then we invite you to park your vehicles in the back driveway for your stay. No parties of any kind, no loud voices or loud music. no smoking allowed in the house, front and back porches, yards or streets surrounding the property. Outdoor areas can be enjoyed until 10:00pm per City of Stillwater.
