City of Stillwater STR License #2017 The space The 1880's cottage has been lovingly restored with craftsmen charm and modern amenities. Main floor has kitchen, dining area, greatroom, 3/4 bath and screen porch. The upper level has full bath. The east bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closet. Front pine bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds and a walk in closet. The third bedroom has a double bed, desk swivel reading chair at the top of the steps with no door as shown in photos.(view photos) Sometimes in the summer & fall, thanks to Mother Nature you may encounter Misquotes, Boxelder bugs, other random bugs or bees on occasion in the OUTDOOR AREAS. We do supply fire wood for use in the fire circle, it can be found on the side of the white barn garage. We are so happy to share our cottage with you and strive to create the perfect stay for our guests! Please read all house rules (found in house manual) to make certain you can abide by all rules before booking, thank you! Guest access Entire first & second stories of home and yard. Lower level garage is not included with your stay. Other things to note We are a licensed vacation rental in the city of Stillwater, we are required to only allow two vehicles parked on the property. You may park in the front brick driveway only to unload & load luggage and groceries, then we invite you to park your vehicles in the back driveway for your stay. No parties of any kind, no loud voices or loud music. no smoking allowed in the house, front and back porches, yards or streets surrounding the property. Outdoor areas can be enjoyed until 10:00pm per City of Stillwater. Close to Browns Creek trail system, serveral golf courses, wineries and pickleball courts!
