Welcome to our cozy 2-story townhome tucked away in a quiet complex in the bustling South Congress Avenue district of Austin! Our complex backs up to Blunn Creek Nature Preserve, has a great pool, and is walking distance to iconic Austin sites, photo-ops, shops, and local restaurants. Lady Bird Lake hiking trail, the South Congress Bridge bats, and downtown are an easy bike-ride, or short Lyft-ride away (but also very walkable from South Congress). Other things to note It’s a nice quiet complex, if guests are found to be in violation of the the house rules (especially throwing a party or being loud after quiet times) they will be fined accordingly.
