The Music House is a Victorian home -- one of the oldest in Greenville -- which has been meticulously preserved and decorated in period style. Located in "Uptown Greenville" walking distance to ECU and 5 minute drive to Vidant Health Center. The location is Greenville North Carolina, NOT SOUTH CAROLINA!!! Private Bedroom and Bath with Queen size 1880s bed and Queen size Murphy Bed. Comfortable for one person or a couple or any combination of up to 4 people that might sleep in 2 Queen beds. Bedroom features its own individual in the room heat/AC controls and black out drapes. Bathroom includes 1920s era tile with heated floor, double marble sink, large corner shower for 2 and toilet with built in bidet and heated seat. Guests are invited to relax on the Wrap Around Porch or the Men's Parlor. Water and ice are provided along with tea, coffee and other hot drinks. Continental Breakfast is provided every morning 6-11 in the Dining Room. Iron and board available. Robes available. Extra towels, pillows and blankets available. Your host is a professional musician and there is often music heard in the house. As your time permits he is happy to play for you some of the 11 keyboard instruments in the house. There are 3 bedrooms available (each with a private bath) so interaction with other guests is likely. The location is Greenville North Carolina, NOT SOUTH CAROLINA!!! Street noise is not heard inside the house but emergency vehicles can be heard at times and the train comes through town several times a day and the whistle can be heard inside the house.
