However, our house feels incredibly (wonderfully) disconnected. This villa is located 15-20 minutes from the beach and downtown Santa Cruz and 10-12 minutes from UC Santa Cruz. Wifi is included for streaming of your favorite shows to unwind or simply relax to the whistling of the wind through the redwood trees at night. For those who are working remotely we have fast wifi and a work space for you! No city lights to keep you up at night. Off street parking and a gated private road for ultimate privacy and security. The room is large enough to have an air mattress on the floor for a third person if needed. We provide sheets, comforter, and pillows. There is a space heater in the bedroom closet along with a luggage rack should you need them. Guests have access to the bedroom, private bathroom downstairs, shared upstairs kitchenette / living room and backyard. Access to kitchenette for coffee, tea and snacks. Free parking in driveway, Uber and Lyft access though some of the drivers from San Jose may not get the location properly. Close to great local hiking and Wilder Ranch State Park and upper campus of UC Santa Cruz which boasts some of the best mountain biking in the area. Come to mountain bike or hike with epic views? You have come to the right place! Public bus stop is walking distance though route does not come very often. Parking available for one vehicle per listing only. Check in between 5-10pm and Checkout is at 11am. There is a $40 fee for late checkouts. Each room has an individual keyed entry. For lost or unreturned keys at checkout there is a $250 replacement fee.
