It offers a panoramic view of the Great Smokies. This one-bedroom unit accommodates 4 people. Your reservation will include free waterpark passes for four for the entire stay, swimming pools, free miniature golf, parking, WIFI and much more! The space This is a timeshare, so it will not be the exact unit every time, but it will be the same floor plan at the same part of the resort (along the top of the mountain). Requests can be made for upper level or first level floors but are not guaranteed. The resort does it's best to fulfil requests made by guests. If you have a special request, let me know and I will put in that request for you. Although this is a timeshare, there is absolutely NO obligation to take a tour! A $100 refundable deposit and $170 cleaning fee are required at check in. This fee is payed directly to the resort when you check in.
