Colorful, bright, energetic home, with backyard just minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City. The space Our home was built in 1948, has 1,632 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is cozy, practical and colorful. The host will be on the grounds 24/7 staying in a separate building (35 ft) from the main house. The yard is divided between the host and the guest. Please keep in mind that, because we lived in the home with our dog and have thoroughly cleaned. There are remnants of dog dander that can trigger allergies. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home. Which has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, TV room, office, 1 full bathroom, front yard and backyard. Other things to note The yard is divided between the host and the guest. You may see the host in the yard doing maintenance (pruning plants, mowing, watering plants etc..).
