Incredible location and the most unique, artistic, colourful & happy home in Byron Bay! Brand new kitchen, air conditioning, new bathroom, new flooring, outdoor yoga/workout space, landscaped garden and infrared sauna. You'll find it hard to leave the Pastel Palace but walk 10 min and you're at beautiful Tallow beach. Walk 15-20min and you're right in town. The house is situated right between 2 of Byron Bay's best cafes- General Store and Roadhouse. Fast wifi, Off-street parking for 1 car The space The Pastel Palace is a home like no other. With a brand new pastel make-over, it's without a doubt the prettiest, most artistic home in the Bay. On the ground floor you have the bedroom, bathroom and of course the garden with an outdoor shower (inc hot water), sauna and undercover outdoor spaces. Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, dining area (all open plan) and a deck. The lounge areas are a pastel, furry dream. Think Austin Powers riding a unicorn through Harajuku. The main guest bedroom is freshly painted, with a super comfy Koala brand mattress and brand new crisp sheets. You'll love the Memphis style wallpaper. The second bedroom (available to you if there are more than 2 guests), with pastel patterned and ombre walls, opens out to the undercover workout/ yoga space with the infrared sauna and deck. You can easily go between this bedroom and the outdoor shower too, for showering in the garden under the palm trees. This bedroom will have some of my belongings but everything will be out of site. There's ceiling fans in both of the bedrooms plus 2 upstairs in the lounge/ living areas. The house gets lots of natural air flow and you can feel the cool sea breeze blowing in. You won't feel like you need air-conditioning. The outside spaces have recently been completely transformed with a brand new infrared sauna, outdoor shower, landscaped tropical garden, undercover workout/ yoga space and huge deck and table with bench seats for meals in the garden. Have an evening BBQ under the fairy lights. Or chill out (or have a nap!) in the hammock. Every window in the house looks out onto palm trees and the upstairs deck looks out onto a Nature reserve. This deck is great for your morning yoga practice, breakfast on the cute lemon-coloured table & chairs or lounging on the lounge with a good book. It's also a beautiful workspace where you can watch the birds. The whole house is dust-free and mould-free so it's perfect for allergy sufferers. You will love your stay here, where every room you walk into makes you feel instantly calm and at peace. This is my home and I've put a lot of love and energy into it and I invite you to come, bliss out and leave feeling happy, calm and refreshed <3 This is not a party house. Neighbours are close-by so please respect them. Local noise laws are no noise after 10pm. Guest access 1 car space right out the front of the house. Walk 10min to get to Tallow beach or drive 3min to get to the popular Main Beach or 5min to The Pass. 20min walk into town. Bus right out the front to take you to Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Ballina, Bangalow. Uber is easily available. Other things to note This is my home that I only rent out when I'm away, which is why there are only a couple of reviews so far. Check my other listing for just the guest room and you'll see consistent 5 star reviews for the Pastel Palace. My room will be locked (unless there's more than 2 of you) and you'll have access to the guest room and the whole house including the garden.
